Toasty's Heat & Cool was a name given to invoke thoughts of a friendly, local service provider.  With online only communication and call centers dominating our current markets, the idea was to have a comfortable personal experience with who you can safely talk about tough issues and not be pressured into unnecessary sales or contracts.

Families helping families is a statement about our communities coming together to provide assistance and helping all those around us.  Lost in this world is the care for each of us to be treated as humans, rather than walking wallets.

While texting and emails are methods of contacting us, we will always recommend a straight phone conversation as we often like hearing from our clients and sometimes, we can assist just by you describing what your issues are.  

Toasty's does advertise where it can but relies a lot on word of mouth.  We want to be a part of our community and not just profiting from it.  Every experience can be a great one if we put time and care before everything else, together.

Toasty's is an idea, rather than an individual.  Plus, telling clients to "Stay Toasty" at the end of a successful call will never stop being a humorous end note.
